- Built using a timber frame structure, fully constructed (including steels and internal stud walls) within 10 weeks.

- Features a mansard roof with cladding for a sleek, modern finish.

Additional Features:

- On-site parking with electric car charging points.

- High-end interior fit-out designed by our group to enhance tenant living facilities.

Project Timeline:

- Construction began in December 2023 and completed in January 2025.
