As Managing Director, Sam oversees all operations at The Berry Group, ensuring that strategic plans and policies are effectively implemented across all sectors. He plays an active role in a wide range of projects, from tendering and contracts to project handovers, team management, and fostering relationships. Sam also collaborates closely with the accounts team to ensure seamless operations across the group.
After a previous career in football, Sam began his property investment journey in 2015, initially flipping houses. A few years later, he and his partner, Sarah, founded Berry Housing Investments LTD. In 2020, they expanded their business by launching a construction team, which has since grown significantly.
